General Order 4: Military Training and Readiness

GENERAL ORDER 4: MILITARY TRAINING AND READINESS:

Pursuant to approval by the Commissariat, immediate implementation of General Order 4 has been authorized.

Section #1: Reserve Self-Defense Force
The entire membership of the CCCP is hereby incorporated into the CCCP Reserve Self-Defense Force. This Reserve force will only be activated in an emergency by direct orders of a Commissar and reports to the Commissariat. Unless otherwise specified by the Commissariat, direct command of the RSDF is delegated to Commissar John Murdock.

Section #2: Active Self-Defense Force
CCCP Active Self-Defense Force is hereby established. This volunteer Active force will be trained and kept in a state of deployment readiness. Any CCCP member may volunteer and may request a discharge at any time, unless their unit has been activated and is in a fire zone. All members of the ASDF will be required to attend training in marksmanship, ground and amphibious combat, military tactics, disaster relief, basic construction, emergency aid, and other classes as deemed necessary. This unit will report to the commander of the Reserve Self-Defense Forces. Command is delegated to Official Sun Kai.

Section #3: Rapid Reaction Forces
CCCP ASDF subunit, Rapid Reaction Forces is hereby established. This unit will be trained in special operations and unorthodox warfare methods. This unit will report to the commander of the Active Self-Defense Forces. Command is delegated to Commander Anna Alexandrovna Lavrova.

Section #4: Air Squadron
CCCP ASDF subunit, Air Squadron is hereby established. This unit will be responsible for all aerial support operations. This unit will report to the commander of the Active Self-Defense Forces. Command is delegated to Official Ivan Ilyich Derinsky.
