Internal Communiqué 4
(posted Monday, June 11, 2007)
To: CCCP General
Subject: CCCP Headquarters
Comrades, the abolition of rental on CCCP Headquarters is welcome news. However, despite increased funding from Moscow, it is incumbent upon CCCP members to provide material assistance and manpower in order to expand upon and improve our humble Headquarters.
I am concerned by reports that some Comrades are unable to find suitable lodgings in Paragon City and are forced to either spend time in shelters, or pay for accommodation themselves. This situation is far from ideal and will be rectified.
The CCCP Headquarters is not intended to be just a secure meeting place and storage facility. It is also there to provide you with a place you can call home. It is intended to be a place where you can sleep, shower, eat, drink and rest easy.
To this end I am appointing Comrade Doctor’s Zarya and Zakat to oversee the future development and construction of aforementioned facilities for the use of all Comrades. This includes the requisitioning of materials and manpower as and when needed.
In the meantime, I have used personal funds to secure comfortable lodgings in Atlas Park for the use of all Comrades who are in need of safe accommodation.
The CCCP is here to serve not just the people, but also its members.
Thanking you for your compliance with this order.
